A comfortable and modern hotel with polite and responsive staff. I would especially like to highlight the work of the front desk, particularly the manager Sergen , who showed care during our check-in and accommodated me with my children in a room that we really liked. And overall the staff is very friendly here.

The food is another highlight of our stay. The restaurant offers a great variety of delicious dishes for every meal, including fresh salads, local specialties, and wonderful desserts.

The pool area is well-maintained and spacious, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The water is clean and pleasantly warm.

We also want to say a special thank you to the kids' club Rino. Very friendly and caring animators. They organize fun games, arts and crafts, that kept kids happily engaged for hours. Highly recommend the kids' club to any family staying at this hotel.

We also tried the spa and were very impressed. The facilities were modern and spotless. The sauna and steam room are a nice bonus.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.The public areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and hallways, are spotless. Free Wi-Fi works reliably everywhere on the property.
