We have now chosen this hotel for our Easter holidays three times, and it remains one of the most reliable and enjoyable options for a spring break in Turkey.

Among many high-quality all-inclusive hotels, this one stands out for its consistency, attention to detail and, importantly, the heated outdoor pool — a real advantage when travelling in April.

Rooms

The rooms are fresh, well-maintained and clean. There is a choice of pillows, which is a thoughtful touch. The minibar is replenished daily, and there is a tea and coffee set in the room.

A nice detail is the use of wooden key cards instead of standard plastic ones — a small but thoughtful touch.

Pools

There are two outdoor pools, one of which is heated, as well as an indoor pool — giving good flexibility depending on the weather.

Aquapark

Available; however, we do not tend to use it in April, as the water is quite cold at that time of year.

Restaurants

The main restaurant has been fully renovated this year and now looks modern and elegant. More importantly, the food quality is excellent — varied, fresh and genuinely tasty. The desserts are particularly impressive.

Drinks are served by waiters, which adds to the overall comfort.

À la carte restaurants

Turkish, Asian, seafood and Italian options are available by reservation.

Service and grounds

Housekeeping is consistently of a high standard.

The grounds are well kept, with neatly maintained lawns, gazebos and swings for relaxation.

Bars and cafés

Bartenders across all bars are friendly and professional.

A special mention goes to the Galeta Café — one of the hotel’s highlights. It offers excellent coffee, drinks and desserts from early morning until late evening.

In previous years, there was also a fun and memorable touch — a waiter on roller skates serving guests around the pool. It would be lovely to see this feature return.

Another charming detail is in the lifts, where the carpets are changed daily to display the day of the week — a small but distinctive touch that reflects the hotel’s attention to detail.

For children

A friendly kids’ club with a variety of activities and a mini disco.

There is also a milkshake bar offering shakes, ice cream and waffles — very popular with children.

Entertainment

Present and varied, yet not intrusive — a well-balanced approach.

Guest Relations

The team consistently exceeds expectations. Special thanks to Gülü and Olga for their attentiveness and genuine care.

Professional, polite and efficient.

Suggestion

One small addition that would make the experience even better: offering decaffeinated coffee across the hotel would be very welcome.
