During my stay at the hotel, I experienced an unpleasant situation: someone tried to evict me and spoke to me rudely. People entered my room, started collecting my luggage, and touched my things with their hands. The next morning, I discovered bruises on my body. This situation caused me great stress. I spent two days in my room, unable to leave for fear of being evicted. The following staff members were involved in this: assistant manager Hamdi, baggage handler Rabia, and security guard Rashid. I find their behavior shocking and the assistant manager unprofessional. I hope I never encounter this situation again. With great respect to you!!!!
