Ужасный сервис

Нас заселили в самый отстойный номер на 1 этаже в углу корпуса, света 0, да еще и раскладушка вместо третьей кровати. Пришли в первый день попросить переселить, получили отказ, пришли во второй, с мольбами и просьбами получили лучший номер. На второй день отдыха у ребенка был день рождения, мы попросили на ресепшн сделать комплимент: в номер принесли торт, открытку и тарелку с фруктами. Когда мы поменяли номер и попросили перенести комплимент в другой, было неприятным открытием и просто шоком, что торт был надкусан и половина фруктов исчезла. Неужели отель настолько пострадал от того, что переселил туристов в другой номер?
