Excellent service
Excellent service across Al Bustan Center and Residence. From the reception and booking in, to the bellboys handling the suitcases and other things with care, to the convenience of the hotel, to the cleaning staff who are excellent and attentive at what they do.
Thank you specifically to Hemraj and Kawsar who have been excellent cleaning staff. They’ve helped in so many ways and have gone above and beyond for me. They always greet me with a smile and with great care - thank you much!
