I arrived to the hotel the entrance was amazing specially the statue infront of the hotel lobby also statues across the road we get the toom key we went to the room was in ground gloom e asked after that to have aroom on second floor they accept to change got me the toom and helped me so I gave them some money 💰 after while I went to get the lunch it was ok no much variety but you will find something to eat the dinner their was much better than the lunch the staff is friendly , there are 4 swimming pools all the vacation was cleaned and the aqua park was very suitable to my child I spent their slot of times ,toom cleaned every day and I got every day fresh towels and water and the housekeeper was very nice ,the beach is very big and clean, I visited alot of hotels before and from my point of view these the best sandy beach I have ever seen ,every day I got fresh towel from the towel center near to the beach ⛱️ on the beach to the right direction there are bar the staff there is amazing also animation stage nearby the bar and the animation work activities there , on check out the kept the braclet so I could get the lunch on the departure day ,I will come back again to mirage bay.
