We stayed for 14 days. This hotel feels like a cheap 3-star, not a 4-star.

Animation:

The regular animators are great. They are brilliant at engaging guests for sports activities – they literally saved our holiday.

But the Animation Chief is a complete disaster. In 14 days, we saw him only once – on our last day, smoking near the toilets with his phone. When we tried to give feedback about the poor evening show (people were walking away), he refused to listen and spoke down to us. When we asked where he was during the failed show, he literally said: "I was sitting by the men's toilet on my phone." When we pointed out that his job is to supervise the program, not sit on his phone, he replied: "That IS my job."

The Animation Chief should learn about customer service from his own team.

I was originally going to give 4 stars, but because of him – I am giving 1 star.

To the management: who is his boss? This attitude is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

Restaurant & food:

· Cutlery constantly missing on the tables.

· Very little variety, food is 50/50 – often tasteless.

· Very few fruits.

· Seafood appeared only once: squid in batter.

· The Italian restaurant is poor, pizza is bland.

The only decent food was pizza and fries at the beach bar.

Rooms:

Housekeeping is good, but the rooms themselves are tired and need renovation
