Security issue
We had a very unsettling experience right before our departure. We returned to the room to pack our things, and within the last 30 minutes before leaving, my cosmetics and toothpaste disappeared from the bathroom. The cleaning staff had been there, and we found the door locked only once instead of twice, with the lights left on.
When I informed the administrator, her reaction was totally careless. She claimed she "checked the maids" but found nothing, and the hotel offered absolutely no solution, apology, or compensation for this security breach. Complete indifference to the guests' safety and property. Be very careful leaving your belongings here.
