When she learned that we were celebrating our honeymoon, she thoughtfully assigned us a quiet room away from the evening entertainment area, which we really appreciated. She also arranged a beautifully decorated room, a lovely welcome card, and a complimentary bottle of wine, making us feel truly special from the moment we arrived. Throughout our stay, Alma was consistently friendly, caring, and professional.
