Honestly, I didn't expect to love this hotel as much as I did. We picked Pickalbatros White Beach Resort in Hurghada for our girls' trip, and it turned out to be a great decision. The moment we arrived, I liked the vibe. The whole place feels bright and fresh. Lots of green, clean pathways, flowers everywhere. It's not one of those huge grey concrete hotels - it actually looks nice. We took so many photos just walking around. The beach is literally steps away. First line, as promised. Warm water, clean sand, and enough space for everyone. We swam every single morning and watched the sunset every evening. That alone made the trip worth it. Food was solid. I'm quite picky, but I always found something good. Breakfast had fresh omelets and fruits. Lunch and dinner had grilled meat, fish, pasta, salads. Desserts were nice too. We never felt like we needed to eat outside. Rooms were clean and big enough for two. We had a room with a nice view. Housekeeping came daily, changed towels, made beds, swept floors. Everything was fresh and tidy. No strange smells or stains - which, trust me, is not always the case in Egypt. Service was fine. No complaints. Reception answered our questions, waiters were polite, cleaners did their job. Nothing to criticize. Location worked well for us. Hurghada has shops and pharmacies nearby. We bought snacks and souvenirs without any hassle. Also, this hotel is state-run or state-managed, which you can feel. Everything is organized properly, no chaos. Solid infrastructure. You feel safe and secure, which matters when you travel with friends. The atmosphere was chill. Not too loud, not too quiet. Families, couples, groups of friends - all mixed together. We relaxed, talked a lot, swam, ate, laughed. Exactly what we needed. One week flew by. We left feeling rested and happy. No issues, no drama. Clean, tasty, beautiful, and reliable.
