The best vacation in the best hotel
My boyfriend and I stayed at Pickalbatros Luxury Suites from July 7th to 15th. Upon arrival, our room was immediately upgraded to a villa. It was very unexpected and pleasant. The villa is very well maintained, has its own swimming pool, sun beds. Golf carts also travel from the villa to the main hotel area. We preferred to walk, it takes about 7 minutes. Ahmed is a wonderful cleaner, thank you very much and greetings from room 3451. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, large and well maintained. The buffet offers a variety of dishes for different tastes. We are also very grateful to the chef from India who cooks hot food outside, you are the best! Separately, I want to see Ebrahem, the bartender at the reception. He is very kind, open, and friendly. We have never met such a person. He will always take into account your wishes and make a drink especially for you. Ebrahem really made our stay at the hotel much better. He is the most wonderful person we know. We hope that he will achieve great heights, as it is those like Ebrahem who deserve the best! On the last day of our vacation, Ebrahem came to work earlier to say goodbye to us and make his signature coffee. We love you! Thanks! There should be more people like Ebrahem in the tourism sector. Only people like Ebrahem make your vacation magical and memorable. Thanks also to the whole team, to all the staff of the hotel. The staff will always help, ask, and clarify. You are cool guys! I hope that we will come back soon and see each other again. Thank you for our best vacation in the best hotel!
