Добрый день, нахожусь в отеле. Но до персонала не достучаться, на guest relation пытаемся записаться на а-ля карт,, отправляют по ссылке на сайт, несколько дней пытаемся записаться, но ссылка открывается уже сразу с отсутствием мест. В лобби просим холодное шампанское, или поставить в холодильник, но , увы, на наши просьбы поставить в холодильник никак не реагируют , наливают теплое, пить невозможно. Ни в одном из соседних отелей так не делают. Надеемся, что поработают с персоналом и смогут улучшить наш отдых . Если до конца нашего отдыха что-то поменяется в лучшую сторону, то отзыв перепишу.
