I’d like to start this review not with a description of the rooms or the pool, but with the people who create the true atmosphere of a holiday. During our stay at the hotel, we realised that a team of professionals works here – but there are some employees you want to talk about separately.

A special thank you and huge respect to the reception staff member – Ahmed. This is the man who greets guests with a genuine smile and charges you with positive energy from the very first seconds. It’s clear right away that Ahmed loves his job and truly cares about every guest’s comfort.

We arrived early in the morning after a long flight, and Ahmed did everything possible so we wouldn’t have to wait for the standard check‑in time until noon. He personally coordinated the housekeeping to get us into our room as soon as possible. But the main thing is his approach to solving problems. He was always available; for all our questions about excursions and transport, he gave clear, straightforward advice without trying to push anything expensive. He genuinely wanted to help, not just “get through his shift”.

Besides Ahmed, I’d also like to commend the rest of the staff. The housekeepers kept our room spotless and unobtrusive, often leaving nice little towel sculptures. The waiters in the restaurant worked quickly despite the large number of guests, clearing plates and refilling drinks promptly. Special thanks to the Emel. At the bar, the guys remembered our favourite cocktails by the second day – a lovely touch.

However, it was largely thanks to Ahmed that our holiday went so smoothly. He became not just an administrator for us, but a true friend and a guide to the hotel. He speaks several languages, is always tactful and polite, even when he’s tired. You get the feeling that you haven’t come to a faceless hotel, but to visit a good acquaintance who will take care of you.
