In general, everything was fine—the food and the room, for example. However, unfortunately, no one in the kids' club speaks German. I asked to speak with someone who knows German, so they brought over the manager, but he didn't know German at all. The manager then tried speaking in English, but his English was also quite weak and hard to understand. In the end, he switched to Turkish.
