We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Absolutely all the staff were very kind. The entertainment team—Maria, Sofa, Sultan, Valeria, Habiba, Alice, Emz, Lily, Varya, DJ Mido, and the head entertainer Seif—are a superb team who are there to make your stay lively and full of wonderful memories. The gentlemen at the bar were very friendly and smiling. The hotel restaurant was very good; we ate very well, and the food was very varied. It was an excellent stay, our first time in Sharm El Sheikh, and we were won over and plan to return to this hotel. The water park is fantastic; the pools are 1.20 meters deep, which is great for children and ensures their safety. The slides are well-secured with lifeguards everywhere. The hotel provides towels, which is wonderful so we didn't have to bring our own. The shuttle to the beach is well-organized, with several time slots available.

In short, to summarize our stay, we were warmly welcomed from the very first day, and the entire hotel staff makes sure you have a great stay. It's a kid-friendly hotel, and my children had a truly excellent holiday. The entertainment for them was superb, especially the evening entertainment. The hotel gym is very well-equipped.
