Does the hotel provide childcare?

At Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort your children will have fun and the opportunity to experience and learn new things, develop new skills and make new friends through exciting group activities, physical exercise, spending more time in the fresh air, stimulating their senses and relaxing their minds The Childcare facilities at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort are operated by the inspiring UK childcare specialists Worldwide Kids Company who work to Ofsted* standards procedures. This way you will be able to relax and ensure that your precious ones are in safe and experienced hands. There are four indoor and outdoor facilities for toddlers, children and teens (from 4 months to 17 years old): Pan’s crèche for 4 to 23 months old & 2-3 years old, Hermes Kids Club for 4-11 years old, Titan’s Teen club for 12-17 years old and Worldwide Kids Football Academy from 5 to 14 years old. Childcare availability is limited due to care ratios. We strongly advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment. Using Childcare services at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort means safety, fun and joy for your kids, and peace of mind and good times for you. * Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills is a non-ministerial department of the UK government

Is the resort accessible for disabled?

Yes we have accessible rooms for the disabled. These rooms include modified bath with bars. Our public areas are accessible

Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals or feather-free pillows, manageable?

We are always trying to fulfil every of your desires. Many hotels offer for example suitable rooms for allergic persons or lactose-free food. Please contact our hotels with your special needs.

Can i use my credit cards/ATM cards in Greece?

All major international credit cards can be used in Greece. If your credit card is encoded with a PIN number you will be able to withdraw cash from automatic teller machines (ATMs) situated in our premisses.

Is there wireless internet in the hotel?

At Miraggio Thermal Spa resort there is wireless Internet connection in all rooms and public areas. There is also an Internet corner at the lobby area.

Can i rent a car from your hotel?

Yes, please contact the front desk and they will help you find the car you prefer to rent. If you need to do the arrangements before your arrival to the hotel please send us an email at (info@miraggio.gr).

Can you arrange a social event in your hotel?

Miraggio Thermal Spa resort can arrange any social event. Please contact by email at grec@miraggio.gr our Guest Relation's department.

Can you please let me know how far out of town are you?

Miraggio Thermal Spa resort is located 4.5km from Paliouri village (Kassandra peninsula) and 120 Km from Thessaloniki city (approximately 2 hours drive)

Can you arrange transfer from airport to the the hotel and return?

Yes, we would be delighted to arrange it upon receipt of your flight details. Our services include pre-booked chauffeur driven car service or a taxi driver or a shuttle transfer waiting for you at the airport with a sign and your name. A helipad is also available.

Is there a local transport from your hotel to the adjacent area?

The easiest way to get around is with a taxi or a private car. Front office can help you.

Do i need to bring an electrical adaptor?

Electricity throughout Greece is supplied at 220 volts. You can have a socket plug adaptor upon request.

Is parking available at the hotel?

We have sufficient parking spaces ,indoor and outdoor free of charge.

What about the check-out time?

Check-out time is 11.45. Please, adhere to the official check-out time, so as to prepare the rooms in time for the upcoming arrivals. On the day of departure complimentary luggage storage is available.

What is the standard check-in time ?

Check-in time is 14.30. If you are planning to arrive earlier, please, advice us in advance. To guarantee an early check-in, please, book the previous night. On the day of arrival complimentary luggage storage is available.

Can i come with my pet?

Pets are not allowed in our premisses.

Where is the hotel located?

At the tip of the Kassandra peninsula, Paliouri village ,Kanistro area and overlooking the second “leg” of Halkidiki and Mount Athos.
