On the sixth day of my stay the room was robbed without hacking!!!!

This room was on the second floor, the balcony was closed, was rented safety Deposit box, in which there was money, passport. The total cost of the losses amounted to 2,400 euros (iPad, three phones (including the iPhone), camera, etc). We were left without telephone and electronic communications. Unable to contact family members to check in for your flight.

This day also tried to log into another room on the ground floor, in which there was an elderly woman who frightened the robbers. But this has not stopped they went into the room on the counter and stole the camera. An elderly woman gave evidence to the hotel Manager that the room was opened by keys.

I was with two children and her elderly mother and I was scared for their safety.
