Летали от Русс-Тур. Брали номер с балконом заселили без и это были не только мы но и другие пары. На мой вопрос кто мне вернет 13000 тыс. разницы китаец Сергей сделал вид что не понимает. УЖАС.

Питание отвратительное это еще мягко сказано (тушеные куриные головы. лапы) у меня собака лучше ест.

Номер грязный вонючий.

Обслуживание ноль это не ТАЙ
