Главный минус - расположение. Очень далеко. Добраться можно только на такси. От аэропорта Батуми километров сто. Остальное вполне достойно. Современно. Ценник реальный. Пляж пустой. Там что то сооружают, поэтому лежать на пляже можно только в берушах. Грохот неимоверный. На такси истратите очень много денег.
