It was a brilliant holiday as it always. we got constantly very good service. The staff is so friendly and they remember us, it's amazing. Even the managers remember us and they do a brilliant job. We can't wait to be back next year. It feels like coming home. The food was really good and the cocktails are always well done. May be the best from our many stays in Egypt. Stuff in the pool bar and beach bar are always happy they are always willing and polite... Rooms are nice and cleaned everyday, towel animals are lit in the bed everyday.. the Hotel has a lot of green areas. Special thank you to Entertainment team who made every day special by their activities, stretching, yoga, waterpolo, volley ball, aqua gym, Boccia and darts. They make amazing shows everyday and they are always happy and did so much for us to have a "wow" holiday.Thank you to the managers, all the staff in the restaurant, the lobby bar, the room cleaners, the gardeners, and everybody else.

There is only one word to describe the people there "Amazing".
