Отель теперь называется Lara Bir Hotel(см.фото). Расположен достаточно удачно, на самом краю жилой застройки практически в 200 м. от моря. Прямо напротив отеля расположен песчаный муниципальный пляж с пляжными кафе и прокатом лежаков. Чуть левее парк с зоной отдыха и оборудованными местами для пикников и барбекю. Вдоль моря проходит оборудованный променад. Примерно в 500 метрах супермаркеты Мигрос и А101. Собственная территория у отеля очень небольшая, два маленьких бассейна и летняя терраса. Самое большое достоинство близость к морю и пляжу.
