Ничего не ожидал от отеля. Но персонал не убирает от слова совсем, единственное, что делали застилали кровати и меняли туалетную бумагу. Чаевые не помогают.

Чумазое все от туалета до балкона.

Замечания тоже не помогают, вместо извините примем к устранению, не может быть как такое могло произойти!

Как ни странно помощи дождался от испанки админа.

Русско говорящий персонал только головой кивает.

По еде нареканий нет.
