This is the third time we have come to rest in your hotel, because we sincerely love this place and appreciate the high level of service. We spent a wonderful vacation in your hotel from 25.05.25 to 08.06.25. We sincerely express our endless gratitude to all your staff for the impeccable quality of service, ideal cleanliness of the rooms, well-kept territory and consistently high qualifications of the employees.

Today I would like to especially emphasize the merits of your team member Kareem Mohammed. We have known him since his very first visit and are always happy to see him at his workplace every time we come here again.

His friendliness, positive attitude, willingness to help in any situation, attention to each guest, patience and ability to maintain a conversation even with the youngest vacationers, the ability to understand and solve any child's problem, speak of his high professionalism. For my child, Kareem has long ceased to be just an employee, he has become his true friend, a meeting with whom my child looks forward to every time. And I feel absolute confidence and peace of mind for the safety of the child next to him absolutely anywhere, and near water - in the aquapark, on the beach or in the pool and in the teens club, when he still worked there. Please convey our words to him and thank him for the smile, for the happiness in my child's eyes when meeting him, for the fun and safe trips in a small car to the beach, for helping with the choice of sun loungers and carefully covering them with towels - these are the little things that create incredible comfort and coziness.
