Сейчас нахожусь в этом отеле с детьми. Приехали в 22ч, уже 2:50 ночи, а нас до сих пор не заселили! С дороги хотели отдохнуть, в итоге оказались на улице без крыши над головой, отель не выполняет свои обязательства, динамит нас. Полнейший беспредел, сотрудник с ресепшена куда-то удалился, прячется от нас. Завтра ждём отельного гида, будем просить переселение
