Получила целых 50 минут исцеляющих на массаже с Китар. Рекомендую! Мастер из Тайланда. Массаж взяла определённых зон тела сильной степени проработки. Осталась ооочень довольна. Задвигалась так, как будто меня смазали во всех суставах ) По окончании программы Китар дала рекомендации по упражнениям на каждое утро чтобы не возвращаться к тому состоянию в шее и спине с которым к ней пришла.
