Terrible hotel — avoid it

Dirty, brown water, constant clogs, and missing basic bathroom items. In three days they changed the towels only once — and not all of them.

They take a 100-euro cash deposit and then charge ridiculous amounts: 122 euros for a couple of minibar drinks and two coffees at a supposedly included breakfast. They never warn you that coffee isn’t free — consider your deposit gone.

Security is awful: at 2 a.m., after we didn’t pick up the phone, someone came knocking on our door. In the afternoon they just walked into our room to “check the minibar.” Before checkout they even accused us of something we didn’t do.

Their taxi “service” is a scam: 25–30 dollars for rides that cost 5 with Uber. When leaving, they tried to force us to write a review in front of them.

They also added a mysterious 5% commission at the end.

For this price you can get a much better hotel. Total rip-off.
