Wow where to start, the hotel lobby is amazing with huge chandeliers and very clean high gloss marble floors, the staff in the lobby area all very friendly and polite, there's a lovely little coffee bar in the lobby where you can sit inside or go onto an outdoor terrace with views over the magnificent gardens towards the ocean.

Our room was fab it looked over the pools and the ocean it was very clean, towels changed daily and if required you can get bed linen changed as often as you wish.

The gardens are immaculate and maintained daily we chatted to the gardeners and they were very friendly and always smiling 😊.

I have to say a massive thank you to Mahmoud Harby the restaurant manager of the red sea restaurant and the whole team in there as they were all absolutely fantastic, really attentive and soon got to know what we liked to drink with our meals (English Tea) 😂. The food was lovely always fresh and tasty, the chefs cooking was fabulous. Thank you Mahmoud please pass onto your team that we really appreciated all there hard work and of course you always smiling 😊.

We also had meals around the other restaurants and all were great I can honestly say we had great food all round.

We look forward to coming back and having another totally relaxed holiday.
