We have been underwhelmed by our experience in this so-called hotel. We booked this hotel 3 days ago, and the moment we entered, we knew we had reserved a superior room on the ground floor, yet the reception service was unimaginably bad. They bragged about not having any ground floor rooms available at the moment, but you could clearly see half of the ground floor sitting empty.

When we got into the room, we expected beds to accommodate at least 4 people, but the so-called superior room didn't even have a third bed or a couch as shown in the advertisement. The view is horrible, looking directly at construction in another area.

We tried asking for a different room, explaining that my wife suffers from arthritis and cannot walk on ladders or hills, which is precisely why we booked this hotel hoping it would be better. However, when they introduced us to the "other room," the staff member took us not to another part of the Xanadu Club's hotel rooms, but instead led us to a hill, as if they were joking about our situation. We clearly stated that my wife suffers from arthritis, and they didn't even listen to us.

They made our son sleep with his brother in the same bed, which is insane and inhumane. I really hope that justice comes and everyone knows how much of a mess this hotel is!
