Ужасный директор Ибрагим и отвратительное меню испортил весь отдых
Были в отеле раньше несколько раз. Было хорошее питание, чистота. Сейчас сменился директор - менеджер по имени Ибрагим. Маленький лысый мужчина. Очень злой человек. Грубо разговаривает с посетителями. Очень грубо общается с детьми. Питание в отеле очень ухудшилось, особенно в обед. Например, в один обед вы получите только гриль из отвратительных их египтеских сосисок. В другой день будет только жаренный лук. Ребята! Жаренный лук вместо мяса и рыбы!
Раньше была в меню каждый день морская рыба. Сейчас только какая- то костистая рыба.
По поводу уборки. Очень жаль, что мне лень было делать фото. Общественные туалеты на ресепшене и около бассейна в ужасном состоянии. Ни стены ни унитазы годами не мылись. Пол очень грязный.
Не рекомендую ни с семьей (особенно с детьми), ни с друзьями ехать в этот отель.
И уважаемый собственник отеля. Смените менеджера. Ваш Ибрагим только смотрит телевизор и грубит всем отдыхающим!

unfortunately i do not know if you are talking about Sharm Holiday Resort & Aqua park or about another Hotel
Its me Ibrahim , I am managing sharm holiday resort for the last 15 years at least, and here on Top Hotels there are so many people who know me for the last many years , obviously you have never been to sharm holiday , and obviously there is some body told you to write this report , nothing of what you said is matching to our real situation .
I have some thing else to tell you , if you dare to give me your full name because you are not listed in our system during February 26 , or you are using a fake name for your account that you just created yesterday , and if you were here and it was so bad , why you were lazy to make those horrible pictures so people can really avoid us.
i challenge you to give your full name or any other name ---- any ways i know who told you to write his name , so you can tell Mr R... that i got his message
