I would like to leave a sincere review about the team of Rixos Downtown Antalya, because thanks to the work of the staff, our stay truly feels pleasant, comfortable, and fully in line with the level of a good five-star hotel.

We are currently staying at the hotel as a family of four, including a child. I wanted to leave this review not after our holiday is over, but right now, while we are still here, because the attention and care we receive every day genuinely help us enjoy our vacation, feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly welcomed as guests.

At Aruna Beach, I would especially like to mention the bartender, Süleyman Şahin. He prepares very good, high-quality drinks and works with great attention and care. But most importantly, his attitude shows not just formal service, but genuine care for the guests. He always checks whether everything is fine, whether we need more drinks, and he is always attentive and friendly. He also tries to communicate with guests in Russian, which is very nice and appreciated.

I would also like to thank Timur Govorukhin from Guest Relations. He regularly asks whether everything is good, whether we are comfortable, and whether we have any requests or wishes. His attention is very polite, calm, and unobtrusive, but at the same time it clearly shows a real desire to make the guests’ stay better.

I would also like to mention Zekeriya Kocagol, who works on the beach. He helps with towels, keeps the area clean, removes rubbish near the umbrellas, and maintains order. At first glance, these may seem like small and almost invisible details, but in everyday hotel life, they are extremely important. Guests may not always notice every single action, but these are exactly the details that create the overall impression of the hotel and make the level of service truly visible.

The security team on the beach is also very well organized. The staff regularly check the area, but they do it calmly and unobtrusively. Because of this, we feel safe and relaxed on the beach.

Working on the beach is not easy at all: the staff spend the whole day under the sun and are constantly moving, yet they remain friendly, attentive, and kind. This deserves special appreciation.

In the restaurant, I would like to mention Mehmet Sonocak and Kenan Akinci. Their attentive work is noticeable not only in the morning, but throughout the day. They help with the table, drinks, respond quickly to guests’ requests, and do everything calmly, professionally, and with respect. Their service also feels like genuine care, not just formal hospitality.

What do guests really expect during a holiday? Care, peace, attention, and the feeling that someone has truly thought about their comfort. This becomes especially important when you are staying with family and a child. And when this care matches the level of the hotel, it creates a very strong and positive impression.

It is exactly these details — drinks, cleanliness, towels, order on the beach, safety, attention in the restaurant, and the friendly attitude of the staff — that create the real level of five-star service.
