Our stay at Alora Hotel in Hurghada exceeded all of our expectations and turned out to be one of the best vacations we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for by every member of the hotel staff. It is easy to see that the management works hard to maintain high standards and create a pleasant atmosphere for every guest.

The check-in process was fast, professional, and completely stress-free. The reception staff greeted us with warm smiles, answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even after a long journey, their kindness immediately made us feel relaxed and excited about our holiday.

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. Everywhere you look, there are green gardens, colorful flowers, clean walkways, and cozy places to relax. The entire property is spotless, and it is obvious that cleanliness is a priority. Walking around the resort was enjoyable at any time of the day, and there were many perfect places to take beautiful photos.

Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, allowing us to sleep well every night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the hot weather. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. Fresh towels, clean bedding, bottled water, and toiletries were always provided on time. Every time we returned to the room, it felt fresh and welcoming.

One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the food. The restaurant offered an impressive variety of dishes every single day. Breakfast included fresh pastries, eggs prepared in different ways, pancakes, fruit, vegetables, cereals, yogurt, cheeses, and many local specialties. Lunch and dinner featured grilled chicken, beef, fish, pasta, rice, soups, fresh salads, seafood, and delicious desserts. There were also plenty of vegetarian options, so everyone could easily find something they enjoyed.

The quality of the food was consistently excellent. Everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The chefs clearly put great care into every meal. We especially appreciated that the menu changed daily, giving us the opportunity to try many different dishes throughout our stay. The desserts were absolutely delicious, and the fresh fruit selection was excellent.

The restaurant staff deserves special recognition. They were incredibly hardworking, polite, and always smiling. Tables were cleaned quickly, drinks were served promptly, and every guest was treated with kindness and respect. Their professionalism made every meal even more enjoyable.

The beach was another fantastic part of our vacation. The sand was clean, the sunbeds were comfortable, and there was always enough space to relax. The Red Sea is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water and a comfortable entrance into the sea. Swimming every day was a real pleasure. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to completely disconnect from everyday stress.

The swimming pools were also excellent. They were cleaned regularly and maintained to a very high standard. Whether we wanted to swim, relax by the water, or simply enjoy the sunshine, the pool area was always inviting and comfortable.

The entertainment team worked incredibly hard to keep guests active and happy. Every day there were fun activities such as water games, fitness sessions, beach volleyball, dancing, and competitions. The animators were energetic, friendly, and never pushy. In the evenings, the hotel organized professional shows, live performances, music, and entertainment suitable for both adults and children. Every night offered something different, making the holiday even more memorable.

We were also impressed by the overall friendliness of every employee we met. Whether it was the reception team, housekeeping, restaurant staff, gardeners, maintenance workers, lifeguards, or security personnel, everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and a positive attitude. Their dedication and hard work created a warm and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It provides easy access to many attractions in Hurghada while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the high level of security, which made us feel completely safe during our entire stay.

The value for money is outstanding. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the delicious food, the excellent service, the beautiful beach, and the wide range of entertainment, we truly believe this hotel offers an exceptional holiday experience. Every detail seemed carefully planned to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable vacation.
