Profile 1:
- Click the red bar under your name
- Click Scan Document - Photograph a document (take a photo of your ID or passport) - Submit
- Enter the missing information: country, citizenship, email, phone number, marketing consent, terms and conditions, and signature.
Submit.
Repeat these steps for all family members.
Although your name will still appear externally, don't worry, it will be changed internally and replaced with the correct one.
