The hotel in general is okay very clean but it defiantly needs to be refurbished. The pool tiles were coming off and a lot had cut their feet, even though they were trying to put them back on each night. The rooms were again okay. Beds were clean and clean towels but the floors were filthy, and the rooms are very old fashioned but curtains had stains. Some of the staff can be a little rude, we had a pool towel taken ( there is 9 of us so a lot to keep track ) and we had a towel taken and when I said I need a new card to get a new towel as mine was taken the pool guy got very rude saying where did i leave it accusing me of trying to get another towel when this wasn’t the case. The drinks are very limited and they tend not to have a lot of syrups to make different drinks so we were drinking a lot of the same stuff.

Also was not a big fan of the food in the restaurant it was very much the same every day, rice, pasta, bit of meat. It was very bland and boring. I enjoyed the food at lunchtime in the Mexican restaurant this was fresher and had more taste to it. The entertainment was good, not excellent but they tried, I’ve been to a lot of hotels and this one they do just bare minimum. We booked this hotel as it was meant to be on the beach but the beach is a 20 minute walk through the other hotel and down stairs and through the town. Would not recommend for disabled people or young kids who hate walking in the sun
