We travelled to Pickalbatros White Beach Resort in September 2025 - me and my two daughters, 10 and 17 years old. If you have kids with a big age gap, you know how hard it is to find a place that makes everyone happy. Well, this hotel actually managed to do that. My 17-year-old is at that age where nothing is cool enough. But even she was impressed. She loved the beach — soft sand, warm water, and the views. She spent hours taking photos for Instagram, and honestly, every corner of this place looks good on camera. The pool area was also a hit. Big, clean, and with enough space to not feel crowded. She made friends with other teenagers and had her own little social life. My 10-year-old was in heaven for completely different reasons. She is more of an explorer, and the huge green territory was like a playground for her. She loved running around, discovering new paths, looking at flowers and palm trees. Every evening we went for walks, and she was always the guide. The beach was perfect for her too — gentle entry into the water, no rocks, just soft sand and warm sea. She could splash around for hours without me worrying. For me, as a mom, the most important things were safety, cleanliness, and good food. And the hotel delivered on all three.

The territory is massive, green, and very well-maintained. I felt completely safe letting my younger daughter walk around the paths while I could see her from a distance. The atmosphere is calm and family-friendly, not too loud or party-heavy. The food was tasty and varied. Main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a good selection. Fresh vegetables, grilled meat and fish, fruits, pasta, and desserts. Both girls found what they liked, which rarely happens. My younger one loved the pasta, and my older one went for the grilled fish and salads. Everyone was happy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice room that was big enough for the three of us. Air conditioning was a lifesaver, working perfectly. Housekeeping came daily, changed towels, made beds, and kept everything fresh. No complaints at all. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The waiters always smiled and asked how we were doing. The reception team answered our questions about local places. Even the gardeners were polite. Everyone made us feel welcome.

The location is convenient too. Shops and pharmacies are nearby in Hurghada, which came in handy when my younger daughter needed something small. Also, this hotel is state-managed. Everything feels organized, reliable, and well-planned. No chaos. As a mom, that gave me peace of mind. What I really appreciated is that the hotel worked for both of my daughters despite their very different ages. My teenager had her space to relax and socialize. My 10-year-old had her adventures on the grounds and in the water. And we still had quality time together — breakfasts, dinners, evening walks, and sunset watching. September weather was perfect — warm but not unbearably hot. The water was still very pleasant. We spent a week there, and honestly, none of us wanted to leave.

Would I recommend this hotel to other moms with kids of different ages? Absolutely. Huge green grounds, beautiful safe beach, tasty food, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. We all left with great memories. Five stars from our family.
