We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at JAZ Elite Palace, and we are very happy that we chose this hotel for our vacation in Egypt. From the first day, everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, but at the same time there are plenty of activities for guests who want to have fun and stay active.

The staff were always polite, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone made us feel comfortable and cared for. The service was very good, and any questions were answered quickly. We also enjoyed the food, the hotel grounds, the swimming pools, and the overall atmosphere. It was a perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun, and forget about everyday stress.

We would especially like to thank the animation team. They made our holiday much more interesting, active, and memorable. The animators were energetic, cheerful, positive, and very friendly. Every day they organized different activities, including dancing, aqua aerobics, games, competitions, stretching, and other entertainment. Aqua aerobics was especially fun, and the dance activities always created a great mood. The animation team knew how to involve guests without being too pushy, which we really appreciated.

There was always something interesting to do during the day, and the activities helped guests meet each other and enjoy the holiday even more. The animators created a warm and friendly atmosphere, made everyone smile, and brought a lot of positive energy to the hotel. It was clear that they truly enjoy their work and do their best to make every guest feel included.

Our stay at JAZ Elite Palace was full of wonderful emotions, laughter, music, dancing, and unforgettable moments. Everything was amazing, and we were completely satisfied with our vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We would be very happy to return again in the future.
