We had an absolutely amazing stay at Kaya Palazzo! The resort exceeded all our expectations, from the stunning grounds to the incredible attention to detail from the staff. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, flowers, and plenty of shaded spots to relax. The beach is a real highlight — clean sand, crystal-clear water, and easy access to the sea, with plenty of loungers and towels always available.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and stylishly decorated, with a beautiful view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and housekeeping was thorough every single day.

The food deserves special mention! There was an enormous variety of dishes for every taste — fresh seafood, delicious meats, a huge selection of salads and desserts. Everything was prepared and presented flawlessly, and the à la carte restaurants added even more variety to the menu.

The staff truly went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, creating such a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. The entertainment team and spa were also fantastic, keeping both adults and kids happily occupied.

The pools, water park, and spa deserve a mention too — you could easily spend a whole day there without ever getting bored.
