It’s no a 5 stars hotel!!!

Everything is so old and need renovation

We live in this hotel right now, and need ask about fixing every day. We live in superior room.

This morning the ménage said they change our room, but instead that they called somebody who fixated the drain in the bathroom. That it!!!!

No apologies, no another room, nothing!!!!

Sooo pity! Our resting is broken!!!

P.s right now we try to ask about fixing the toilet 😤🤯🤯🤯🤯😳
