We came in Egypt the first time in our live. Scammed by our French trip compagny for this trip for many things ( the changement of hôtel the last day before the or trip, no more transfers etc.), I scared that we are scammed about this hotel, very stressed un unhappy. But from the first minutes in this hotel we where warmly welcomed by it’s staff. Our stay in this wonderful hotel was better than I imagined: beautiful suite with the balcony on the seaside, tasty food, top advertisements. After 10 days living, their staff became as our family! Spécial thanks are for Shabane with whom every our new day began from smile and good mood, also for our suite always perfectly clean and tidy🥰. Also many thanks for reception team for their welcome in any time we need (especially for last minute forgotten thins), the restaurant always top service, the animation team always energic. Especial our appréciation is for diving team of this hotel. Our adventures with them stay number one of our egyptien holydays!
