I had another wonderful stay at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace. I previously stayed here in April and loved it so much that I came back less than four months later for my summer holiday.

A very special thank you to Arzu and Ebru at the reception. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and only realized my mistake when I arrived, around 1:00 AM. They went above and beyond, contacted the management at that late hour, solved the problem and arranged a room for me that same night, even giving me a VIP room. Their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help were truly exceptional. I am very grateful to both of them.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely return for a third stay in Antalya.

My only criticism is the sofa bed in the VIP room. Unfortunately, it was extremely uncomfortable and the three sections were not level, making it impossible to sleep properly. I reported it and the staff tried to fix it, but it remained uncomfortable. During my 10-night stay, I had to sleep on the floor with an extra mattress and blankets. For a VIP room, especially for such a long stay, I believe the sofa bed should have been replaced.

Apart from this, everything was excellent. Thank you again, especially to Arzu and Ebru, for making a very stressful situation into such a positive experience
