Our stay at Serenity Alpha Beach Hotel started on a very good note and continued that way throughout our visit.

We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, but this was not a problem at all. We were given our wristbands right away and could already enjoy the hotel, have lunch, and spend some time relaxing until the room was ready. We did not have to wait for long, so the whole arrival process felt easy and well organized.

A special thank you goes to Larina, the hotel hostess. I approached her with several different questions, and she was always kind, attentive, and ready to assist. One of my issues was actually not connected with the hotel — I was having trouble with a local SIM card — but she still tried to help me with it, which I really appreciated.

The attitude of the employees deserves a separate mention. Whether at the front desk, around the hotel, or with housekeeping, everyone we interacted with was polite, approachable, and happy to assist whenever needed. It gives you a feeling that you are not left alone with any problem or question.

The resort itself is very spacious and has a lot to offer. There are several swimming pools, including one filled with seawater, so there are plenty of places to spend the day. The beach is also pleasant and convenient for swimming because you do not have to walk a long distance into the water before it becomes deep enough. We also had no difficulty finding available sunbeds.

If good service and helpful people are important to you during your holiday, this hotel is definitely worth considering. We have really enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend it to others.
