We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, everything is thought out and there's food and drinks everywhere. I mostly enjoyed the concept of not making a reservation in the ala carte restaurants and it was delightful. Usually we have to make a reservation to a restaurant and it's either paid or we were limited to 1 visit but I went to all of them and I gotta tell you... It was a great experience. The slides are amazing as well and some are truly an adrenaline rush.

Apart from those, there were amazing and great activites that we could do all day long thanks to the entertainment team. We had shows and activities during the evening and the night. I would especially like to thank the guest relation staff who are extremely dedicated and at their top form.. They were the ones who truly made our experience exceptional. We had a few issues at first but later on they were all solved after we've spoken to the guest relations staff and all of our problems were fixed and taken care of for the remainder of our holiday.

I do have a suggestion though, instead of having different concepts for all of the bars, maybe some of their concept should be similar or close to each other, as some of the bars are open certain hours of the day and the other are not.
