We stayed at the Galeri Resort Hotel in Turkey, and unfortunately, the overall impression was rather negative. From the very first minutes, we were unsettled by the attitude of the reception staff — Alexandra and Ulyana. There was a clear sense of bias, and the interaction felt tense.

During check‑in, we faced an unfair allocation of rooms. We had booked a standard room, but we were given a very small one — practically a “micro room”. At the same time, our neighbours, who came from another region, were assigned a much larger room for two people, even though it was the same room category. The difference was obvious and very disappointing.

Another serious concern was the baby beds. They’re placed literally at floor level, which creates the feeling that a child could easily get chilled. Sadly, our fears came true: as a result, our little one most likely caught a cold. This is especially upsetting because on vacation you want to focus on enjoying yourself, not on dealing with illness.

Overall, the hotel didn’t live up to our expectations. The service and the way guests are treated leave a lot to be desired, and issues like the inconsistent room allocation and unsafe conditions for children seriously spoil the impression of the trip.
