Subject: Special Request for Bookings № 1008921530 and № 1008921524 (Arrival: 06.09.2026)
Dear Seagull Beach Resort Team,
We are traveling to your beautiful resort as one family (3 adults and 1 child) for 10 nights from September 6th. We have two confirmed bookings: № 1008921530 and № 1008921524.
We kindly request your assistance with our room assignment. If possible, we would highly appreciate it if you could provide us with two standard rooms located close to each other or on the same floor.
Also, due to severe medical allergies and an extreme phobia of insects (my wife and daughter suffer from this), we would be very grateful if you could allocate our rooms strictly on the 3rd or 4th floor and strictly in the Resort Building (new building). Lower floors and the older building are completely unsuitable for our health conditions.
