Здравствуйте, сегодня к вам заселились мои постоянные туристы, номер ваучера 11531018 Matiushina. Отель понравился, единственное на 4 туриста в номере стоят 3 односпальные кровати. Как можно решить вопрос с дополнительной кроватью?

The set up for the room is kingbed with extra bed, or twin bed with extra bed, but to get the guest satisfaction, we gave him three standard beds. the tripple standard room, it's not allowed to add another extra bed.
