My name is Irina, I have visited your hotel during the fam trip in August 2010 and I
am pleased to recommend it each time to my cleints.

I am writing to you concerning KUSHNAROVA/RODICHEV tourists, which
will be staying in the hotel during October 28 till November 2.
As the tourists are arriving late in the evening (approximately 10
p.m) and they have a child aged 6, could you please kindly provide
them with late dinner (they have the accomodation on HB basis)
Also, please provide the Non-smoking room for the tourists.
And also, could you please inform, is there any constructions near
the hotel or on the territory?
