Была в вашем отеле несколько раз, но давно (20082012). Очень нравилось. Сейчас собрались снова. Но!!! Очень пугает что в отзывах через одного пишут о пищевых отравлениях в отеле! Как же так? Как можете прокомментировать? Что случилось с кухней??

Проживали с девушкой в отеле в сентябре 10 дней, проблем с желудками не было

Все по питанию хорошо. Все отдыхающие были довольны. Случаев отравления точно при мне не было)

Были в этом отеле с 6 по 16 октября с.г., ни у нас и ни у кого из нашего окружения отравлений не было.

Были в отеле с 12.10 по 24.10. У нас отравлений не было. Вообще не слышали про них. В отеле не первый раз.

Ирина, добрый день! Вы, скорее всего, ошиблись: не через одного, а кто-то один в отзыве написал)) Нет в этом отеле никаких пищевых отравлений. Мы для профилактики каких-либо желудочно-кишечных проблем всегда носим с собой влажные антибактериальные салфетки для рук) И еще, не рекомендуется сразу съедать большой объем непривычных для нас продуктов.

Regarding your question, we would like to ensure you that our meals are of very good quality; and are prepared with the highest standards of hygiene according to the HACCP Hazard Analysis and Critical Control points under the follow-up of Crystal, the well-known British company specialized in food and beverage risk management.
On the other hand; the hotel is very highly occupied since last August; with hundreds of guests from different nationalities, we are always closely monitoring all the feedback and reviews, whenever someone claim to have had some kind of health problem, we refer to our resident doctor to check these claims, oddly enough; none of these guests have contacted the doctor to seek medical help, this can only mean that these guests have had minor symptoms, that can be caused by many factors other than food consumption; such as long exposure to the sun; and that these symptoms were not severe enough to seek medical help.
Also; we have read the review where the writer claimed to be food poisoned at the hotel, we are astonished by this review in specific, because in their guest-comment sheets (04 sheets by 04 persons), they have marked everything to be excellent or very good.
