Please tell me if pools are heated from 28/01 till 1/02? It's very important! We want to be sure, that we'll be able to use a water park! My daughter will have 10th birthday in your hotel. You responded to my last question but you missed part about water in water park. Our children will be upset if there is a water park to look at but not to use it! If there are any troubles with water heating this year, just tell and we'll go to the other hotel now and we'll come to your hotel in Summer. Your hotel is good because of water park!
