- все плюсы перечеркнул один большой минус - халатное отношение к проблеме
- признак системного кризиса — текучка управляющих. мне известно
- что только за 2025 год в отеле сменилось четыре управляющих. это тревожный сигнал для любого клиента
- планирующего дорогой отдых. нет постоянного лидера — нет единых стандартов сервиса
- нет контроля над персоналом
- нет ответственности и желания решать проблемы гостей. в итоге вы остаетесь один на один с проблемой.
