We bought a tour in Pegas and it is written all inclusive in our
vaucher. When we arrive to you hotel, we find out that there is no all inclusive system. Drinks are served only at dinner time and with the restriction. So, I have a question: Is it Pegas fault or is it hotel policy, who give the wrong information? I want to complain, so please, give me the answer as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

Should we call to the hotel to ask for a kettle or we can do that at arrival? And we'll arrive to the hotel early in the morning. Will we be able to get a room as soon as we arrive?

2. Есть ли в номере утюг, гладильные принадлежности?
3. Есть ли в номере сушилка для белья?
4. В санузле номера имеется ли гибкий душ?
5. Есть ли бутилированная вода в номере и какого она качества?
Едем с грудым ребенком, поэтому данные вопросы очень актуальны.
А также проясните - если заезд в отель около 9-00 утра, влючен ли в этот день завтрак (выезд вечером около 16-00) и есть ли детские стульчики в ресторанах?
