＋1. Очень милая девушка на ресепшене, которая 24/7 находится в отеле и которая, по всей видимости, ведет еще переписку и на Booking.com. Я очень переживала ввиду нестабильной обстановки в нашей стране о бронировании, боялась, что бронь "слетит", поэтому писала в объект размещения часто и задавала разнообразные вопросы.
